Terms of the «Write to the author» form — Polemicon
These terms cover one thing only: the form «Write to the author» inside the game, which sends me your letter. The game itself, and whatever you get through Steam, are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, not by this page. You can save or print this page; if you ask, I will e-mail it to you.
Who provides the form
Stepan Diadorov, a private person. Napets Games is the name I make games under; it is not a company.

What the form does
- It sends me a letter from the game: about a problem, a translation mistake, an idea, your impression, or an AI line you want to report. It is free, and you need no account.
- A letter carries the text you wrote, the label you picked, your e-mail if you enter one (optional — only so I can reply) and technical facts about the game and your computer. Attachments — the end of the game's log, the bout record, a screenshot — go only if you tick the box. The full list is in the privacy policy.
- You can send one letter a minute at most.
- I read the letters. I try to answer those that leave an e-mail, but an answer is not part of the service.
What you need, and the risks
- The game, on a computer that meets its system requirements, and an internet connection. The form installs nothing else and uses no cookies. If a letter cannot be sent, the game keeps it in its folder on your computer and sends it at a later launch.
- The letter travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a small script in my Google Workspace account. Anything sent over the internet carries risks: a letter can be delayed or lost, and malware on a computer can read what is on it. Do not put passwords, keys or other secrets in a letter. I will never ask you for your API key or a password — a message that does is not from me.
What you may not send
Nothing unlawful: no threats or harassment, no hate speech, no other people's personal data, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, no malicious files. I may delete such a letter without answering it.
When the agreement starts and ends
- The agreement is made when you press «Send», and it ends by itself once the letter reaches me. Until you press it, you can close the form and nothing is sent. There is no account to close.
- A letter waiting on your computer for a later launch can still be stopped: delete it from the
player_report_queuefolder inside the game's data folder (the privacy policy says where that is). - I may change the form or switch it off at any time; the game works on without it.
Complaints about the form
If something went wrong with the form, write to hello@napetsgames.com: say what happened and roughly when. I answer within 14 days.

Changes and the law
- When these terms change, this page shows the new date. A letter is always governed by the terms in force on the day you pressed «Send».
- These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, they do not take away any right you have under the law of the country where you live.
